UNDER 18 (young children included)
ALL persons under the age of 18 must bring in an ID for piercing, regardless of age. This is a requirement of the Worcester Board of Health. The minor must have an ID (a state issued ID, passport, or birth certificate are sufficient). Parent or guardian must be present and have a valid ID or passport. If using a guardian, you must bring in paperwork with proof of guardianship. There are no exceptions.
*MINORS UNDER 16 ARE LIMITED TO ONLY EAR PIERCINGS. MINORS OVER 16 CAN RECEIVE EAR, NOSE, AND NAVEL PIERCINGS.
OVER 18
You must have a valid ID or passport. Any ID is fine as long as it has your name, face and birth date. You cannot bring in a parent to sign for you if you lost your ID.
CHILDREN
Children are allowed in the establishment but please be considerate of the studio. We do not pierce children under 5 years old. Children need some kind of ID to get pierced, like a passport or birth certificate.
